Our lively and friendly entertainment team bring together some of the best musicians, magicians, artists and performers, then add in their own hand-made gameshows and events, and cram it all into their unique programme. It’s fun, free and bursting with fun and games seven days a week.
So, that means you might find yourself in the middle of a nonsense-filled Buzzcocks meets Shooting Stars style gameshow, holding a giant lizard or taking part in an interactive Google-proof quiz.
Whatever it is, it’ll be fun, unique and a real Hydro experience – but most importantly, it’s all included in the price you pay to stay with us whether you're staying at Crieff Hydro hotel, in the self-catering accommodation or at Murraypark Hotel.
And don’t worry about that giant lizard, our Zoo Lab-keeper actually lives with all of the animals, so no question will go unanswered but more importantly, it won’t bite.
Our fantastic magician, Gary Dunn, and resident Science Boffins will have the kids totally mesmerised with magic and mad science – so you can have a few hours to yourselves, or join in the fun.
We’ve got lots of different live music acts. They’ll supply you with classics old and new, and are happy to play any requests – in fact sometimes they’ll spend a whole evening doing just that.
Meet our resident artist Pedro. He’s been capturing guest’s caricatures here as long as we can remember, and during peak season he runs some workshops too. He’ll teach you how to create a masterpiece with watercolour and drawing classes, and he’ll show you the tricks of the trade at his cartoon workshop.
If you like your entertainment to be a little more active, there are plenty of sporty activities included in the programme…or head over to Glen's Den and take on an air hockey challenge. You can always kick back and catch a film at the in-house cinema – great films are shown week round and you can enjoy them all free of charge.
